This was not my first time sleeping in such a unique and original place. You probably read the blog post I wrote last year about Vagabonde House. This is another tiny house photography project I’ve made for Serena House in Catalonia, Spain.

This is an unique experience among nature, relax and wine. One hour far away from Barcelona, it is an excellent way to escape from the busy urban life, explore the vineyards fields of the Penedes region and reconnect with nature. The mobile, ecological and off-grid tiny house is surrounded by vineyard and it has a magnificent view of the Montserrat mountains . If you love peace and quiet places, this experience is for you.

Inspired by the world of the sea navigation, the house combines ecology and technology for a unique experience. Thanks to the eco friendly materials provided locally, the temperature is naturally regulated. All electrical components, such as the lights, water pump, refrigerator, etc. are powered by solar panels and the grey waters are phytofiltrated. Very luminous the 2×2 meters big window and the 5 others, you’ve got light bathing the inside from sunrise to sunset.

The winery Art Cava – Masia Can Batlle

At less than one hour by train from Barcelona, the tiny house is ideally situated in the Penedes regions. The wineyard has been owned since 1730 by Ignasi’s family, and the cava is made by a passionate team.

Art Cava supports slow tourism and was the first in the region to offer their visitors to participate in the creation of their cava.
